The Burn It Gauntlet is our very own uniquely designed fitness test which blends upper body, lower body, cardio and core challenges together. The purpose of this test is to measure your overall fitness and improvements.
The need for such a fitness test is that because each of our classes are different every week, it is often difficult to measure or track how well your fitness has actually improved. Of course, you will feel better, look better and undoubtedly be fitter, however the Burn It Gauntlet gives you that statistical measure to reassure your success.
It’s suitable for all levels. You’ve got to start somewhere and the way in which it will work is, you will be faced with around 30 exercises and shall way say, ‘a steep’ challenge at the end. This is all measured by technique and time. A Burn It instructor will ensure you are completing all exercises correctly in terms of technique, time and/or reps. The stopwatch will stop upon completion and you come back in 12 weeks to try and improve your time.
The Burn It Gauntlet will run every 3 months and change format entirely every year.
