Our outdoor fitness sessions are fun, sociable and suitable for all levels. The sessions comprise a mixture of exercises such as squats, press ups and lunges and often a series of equipment such as kettlebells, resistance bands and tyres. The sessions are always outdoors and last 60 minutes.
Livingston sessions run from Howden and we meet at the overflow car park opposite the vets at the very bottom of Howden Park, (next to the civic centre) we use the surrounding areas of the park, the boulevard and the old trim track.
Bathgate session runs from Bathgate Academy car park, we often venture into Kirkton park and the surrounding areas.
Linlithgow sessions run at Linlithgow Loch, we meet at St. Ninians way car park and often venture around the loch, the palace and surrounding areas.
Beecraigs session runs every Saturday morning, we meet at Balvormie car park and use the beautiful surroundings Beecraigs has to offer.
Fife session runs every Tuesday at Duloch Park & Thursday at Pittencrief Park at 7pm. We also have a Sunday morning session at Pittencrief Park from 10am.
