  •  Thursday – Burn It Trail Session on Zoom 7pm (45 mins) 🌳
  •  Friday – Burn It Kettlebell Workout on Zoom 10am (45 mins) 🏋️‍♂️
  •  Saturday – Burn It in the Garden – 10am! 🔥 (30 mins)
  •  Sunday – Burn It Flourish (30 mins) 🙆‍♀️

Absolutely, the programme is for all levels, any weight, shape or size.  We hope to keep everyone as active and fit as possible remotely and this series of workouts, interactive, support and activity in general should do exactly that.
