What is it?

Burn It Flourish is a 60 minute indoor stretching class. Using a mixture of stretching techniques our aim is to allow you to move freely and comfortably whilst helping prevent injury during and after exercise. Increasing your range of motion and all round flexibility will also helps ease any niggles and pains.

Our members overall wellbeing is important to us, and whilst the exercise and jumping around local parks in the great outdoors is the best bit, it’s vital we focus on ample rest, adequate recovery and education when it comes to our bodies.
