HIIT & Run is our short and sharp fitness fix class, perfect to improve your overall running whilst focusing on some high calorie burn. Despite the name, HIIT & Run isn’t as intense as you would think and is suitable for anyone of any level. You don’t need to fit or fast to attend. Our professional instructors will give the group a running route (normally around 2k max) and intersperse it with High intensity exercises. Each session is different, we like to mix up the routes to keep things interesting. We never run in a boring straight line, no one is ever left behind and if you need to stop and walk at any point, that’s totally fine.
