Join us in the park for a fun filled, colourful, enjoyable and memorable charity workout!
150 minute workout, half trail and half circuits, suitable for all levels!
Walk, jog or run our route for the first half, followed by a phenomenal circuit training session with a twist for the second half! Circuit stations include kettlebells, medicine balls, resistance bands, power bag and battling rope work, tyre stations, relaxation stations and even a silent disco station! 🕺
This will be our best Super Burn It ever and we need your support! We want everyone in attendance so we can raise as much money as possible for the West Lothian School Bank. All entry fees will go towards purchasing PE kits for disadvantaged children. We believe no child should lose out on taking part in physical activity through no fault of their own, help us help them by signing up and having a brilliantly fun workout!
