Our high-intensity boxing class with an outdoor twist is an excellent opportunity to relieve stress, eliminate frustrations, and burn calories. Our unique boxing-style class, held in the park, incorporates multiple methods of exercise with a format that packs a punch, literally! We change things up every session, so you can expect something different each time you attend.

Please note, for hygiene reasons above anything else, you must bring your own gloves. We provide pads. Wrist wraps if you have them are also encouraged.
