Before I had kids I was really active, with gym, touch rugby and playing squash, along with having run a few 5 & 10km’s.  10 years later I decided I needed to start getting fit again.  I wasn’t keen on the gym or any exercise class, and am not the type to just go for a run.

A good friend mentioned Burn It to me, and encouraged me to join her for a trial session.  That was a year ago Feb 2017 and I haven’t looked back since, I attend 2 sessions every week now.

I love being outside and in the fresh air, so joining Burn was perfect for me.

My fitness has improved; I’m healthier, happier and gone down a dress size.

I’ve done the Super Burn It event, and going to attempt Tough Mudder this year, which is something I never thought I would be doing.
