My Burn It It Fitness journey started many years ago when I would attend during the spring and summer months and then retreat to the warmth of indoor exercise for winter.  I now exercise all year round and thoroughly enjoy the outdoors.

My Burn It It Fitness journey started many years ago when I would attend during the spring and summer months and then retreat to the warmth of indoor exercise for winter.  I now exercise all year round and thoroughly enjoy the outdoors.  

I have always enjoyed attending Burn It Fitness sessions and exercising outdoors but in January last year I decided to sign up to the body transformation programme as I needed something to really focus me to help get in shape for my wedding in the June. I found the programme really helped to motivate me with both eating healthy and exercising. The weekly emails and the group chat on Facebook always gave an encouraging word. The people who attend Burn It are a great bunch of people who really help keeping you going when you are having an off night.

After the body transformation programme I continued to attend 2 classes a week and have done so ever since. No class is ever the same and after years of not attending during the winter months I find that I actually prefer this to the summer! After a year of consistently attending my fitness levels have improved massively and I am looking forward to attending the Burn It residential this year for a whole weekend of exercising!

I would highly recommend Burn It to anyone at any fitness leave who just wants to get out there and have some fun.
